The room sleeps two with a choice of a double or twin bed, and an extra bed or a crib can be added on request. The en‑suite bathroom features a bathtub, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, toilet with paper and a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, while the bedroom offers a carpeted floor, wardrobe, telephone and wake‑up service; the upper floor is reachable only by stairs.

“Loved it!”
The staff were amazing, the house was charming and comfortable with a lovely garden, and the breakfast was served by very charming and professional ladies. The room was great, clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful armoire; an air‑con would be useful during heat waves. The only drawback was the shower, which is a handheld set in a very slippery sundown tub that you have to climb over a wide, slippery side—dangerous! Some rooms have a walk‑in shower, and next time that’s the choice for us.

The wines are excellent. The ambience of the property is remarkable, and the rooms are very well equipped. As a non‑local, you need a car. Although the accommodation is large and spacious with a nicely designed pool area, there is no restaurant; you have to drive into the town of Beaune for that. Everything is there.

The hotel is really loved—it’s clean, welcoming, and pretty, with large parking and good access to Beaune by car. We didn’t take breakfast. The sink was clogged (common in old buildings) and there were many mosquitoes in the garden, so bring a repellent.

The old farm house has a charming character and is pathetically restored with modern facilities. The layout, design, and gardens are beautiful.

The property is very nice, set in an old renovated farm, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The hot water takes up to 15 minutes to reach the pipes if you want to shower in the afternoon; there are no problems when everyone uses the water in the evening or morning.
