The experience was awful: thefts in the room and total lack of protection from management. My stay at the hotel was terrible. On 14 August, we were robbed of a gold chain in our room while we were on a tour. That same day, another guest had a gold ring stolen. We learned that the cleaning staff had only been working there for a week. The worst part was the attitude and lack of cooperation from management: rude service and no help. The manager refused to cooperate at every turn. To file a formal complaint with the DICRIM, the Tourism Police (POLITOUR) require hotel staff to be present, and they refused to accompany us or facilitate the process. We were charged $79 USD extra for my friend’s stay with no service or supplement. After reporting the theft, the treatment worsened dramatically: they stopped cleaning the room and even refused to provide toilet paper. Don’t be swayed by positive reviews or the hotel’s category. The service is deplorable and there are no security guarantees. Advice for future guests: don’t bring valuables and think twice before staying here.

“Mala a regular”

The rooms were roomy and the location was convenient, but we ran into a few issues: cockroaches were present, there was no dryer, cleaning supplies were missing, the place felt a bit dirty, the main door lock didn't work, water was scarce, and the front‑desk staff didn't offer much help.
