The self‑check‑in was quick and hassle‑free, and the room was a good size. The rooms and hallways were very noisy; we had the room right by the entrance door and the lock on that door is very loud when it closes.

The manager took care of us and solved our problem, but the shock we felt at first was terrible. We walked from room to room looking for a clean room, and there was no one at the hotel to help us because we were alone.

Self‑check‑in was possible and you could manage the room yourself. While pulling the curtain, the bar and the supports that held the curtain fell on my head and hurt me. I fixed it myself because otherwise the street light would shine through the window; it was an unpleasant experience. The bad thing with this type of hotel is that you can’t talk to anyone, and honestly, since it was pretty late, I had to solve it on my own.

There was no hot water. I should have received a partial refund. No payment for more than a month.

The check‑in was good and the response to the required room change was fast. There were hairs in the bed, apparently the room wasn’t freshly made, so I was given another room. From 5 am onward, the parking lot in front of the building was used for departures.
