The bathroom and bed were very comfortable. The parking, however, is paid and on the street; there’s no free or private parking available.

The location was perfect as a base to explore Ercolano and Pompei – just a few minutes’ walk from the ruins of Ercolano and a 20‑minute drive to Pompei, which fit our plans. The only issue was the lack of private parking.

It’s very spacious and very clean. The ad claims free parking, but that’s not true – the parking is on the street, mostly in blue zones, and the free spot is usually full. They shouldn’t advertise parking because I booked for that reason; otherwise I’d have chosen somewhere else. That’s the only flaw; otherwise it’s great.

The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean, and I appreciated the fantastic air‑con since it was 40 °C when we visited. The location is good for walking to the Herculaneum or catching a train to Sorrento, and the beach is a five‑minute walk. It can get a bit noisy in the evening and everyone is up and around early.

“Quiet nice place ♥️🥰”

The place was very nice, just two minutes from the mini‑market and seven minutes to the Spiaggia Libera. It’s quiet and far from the train station; buses are almost non‑existent. If you have a private car it’s fine, but for public transport you’d need to walk 20–25 minutes to Portici‑Ercolano, which isn’t ideal for elderly guests or toddlers.
