The location was superb, but the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday.

We stayed at the Römerhof in Arbon during our Bodensee city tour. It’s close to the bike path, the city centre and the harbour. Unfortunately, our bikes had to be left outside, as did other guests’ e‑bikes. That night it rained and thundered, so a garage or similar would fit better with the house’s vibe.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The hotel’s central position made everything easy to reach, and breakfast was very nice and fresh. The room was a bit noisy because it’s near the main road, and the weather was hot with no proper air conditioning.
