The location was good and overall clean, but there was noise from a nearby room and people arguing at night, which made me feel somewhat unsafe.

The bus stop was close and the bus ran all night, but I found 2 cm of dust under the bed with some trash, the bathroom sink looked like it might fall off, the walls were dirty, there were two of something (unspecified) and we only got one spoon, and the pillows were very tiny.

The room was too small and the photos on the website didn't match the actual room; the heater didn't work, making the room uncomfortable; the shower temperature was hard to adjust and sometimes there was no hot water; the staircase was extremely narrow, so I couldn't place my whole foot on the steps comfortably, which felt unsafe. These problems really impacted my stay, so the hotel should fix heating, hot‑water supply, and staircase safety to improve guest comfort and safety.
