The location was great, yet the room was too small, lacking enough chairs and hangers. The $110 resort fee during the off‑season seemed pointless since the pool and beach were closed, so the price didn’t match what we got.

The spot and view were excellent, and the staff were friendly, but parking cost $65 a day, which is outrageous for Manhattan. The parking lot was open, un‑covered, full of blue stone, and the paint was chipped—definitely not up to standard.

The balcony offered epic views and the staff were sweet and welcoming, but the mattresses felt a little too soft and the balcony seats were uncomfortable; otherwise, everything else was great.

The location is great, but the service is poor, the building feels old, and it wasn’t clean.

From the moment we arrived, the Valet Parking staff were extremely friendly and provided all the necessary information; at reception they were equally attentive when we checked in. I highly recommend this place—thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!
