The host was very kind and even reached out to the airport’s lost and found after I realized I’d misplaced my wallet before checking in; the lounge and common area were comfortable and even had a coffee machine, yet the bathroom outside the women’s dorm didn’t lock and the sink was broken, and the area beneath the dorm beds was dirty.

The hostel owner, a man from Nepal or India, was very disrespectful and cold.

Wifi is close to Lumpini, a 15‑minute walk, and the river Chao Phraya is another 15‑minute walk; the price isn’t too bad, so I think it’s the best way to spread the budget, but there’s no lift, just one bathroom for 16 people—wow.
