“I would never stay at one of these hotels again because after speaking with the corporate, they even were rude to me as”

I liked the room and the property, but we were forced to leave abruptly after paying $280 for a room we never used. The front desk was rude, we were sent to the wrong hotel, and when the issue was resolved the staff called the police on us, accusing us of yelling and refusing to leave, which we weren’t doing. I’ve never seen such rudeness at a four‑star hotel.

The hotel was really pleasant, quiet, with a spacious clean room; the location was superb and there was plenty of parking, the staff were extremely friendly and answered every request right away with a smile, the breakfast was excellent and coffee was free all day, we had a wonderful experience and would love to return.

Everything was very nice. You should flip the mattresses because they are squished on one side, so you might feel like you’re rolling to that side.

It was very roomy and the sitting area was nice. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough.
