The location is bad and not very nice.

The staff were friendly, the location is good, the beds are comfortable, and everything needed for a good stay is there; it’s also close to the tram stop, about a 5‑minute walk, but the breakfast is super limited and overpriced, and some bits and pieces need maintenance, though nothing critical.
