The bathroom was on the opposite side of the hallway (10–12 m long) with doors of all other rooms in that section opening onto it. It felt “cozy” when you had to go to the toilet at night or shower in the morning, especially with a walk‑in shower that had a threshold of over 20 cm, making it hard to step in without a handhold. Is this all about maximizing revenue from every little corner?
