Days Hotel by Wyndham Istanbul Maltepe

The rooms stay tidy and the staff are courteous, and the hotel itself looks nice.

“Gutes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. leider auch viel Straßenlärm”

The location is very central and directly reachable by Metro M4 (Gülsuyu). Across the street is the Ritim AVM and there’s excellent access to the highway and public transport. Breakfast is decent but don’t set too high expectations. At night the roadwork right in front of the hotel and my room started with new asphalt, lasting several days, making recovery impossible. Even the cars from the E5 highway are still audible in the evening, so street and construction noises are present at night.

The hammam was cold and the spa shower had no water, but everything else was great! The restaurant is very good, all dishes were delicious. The staff do not speak Russian.

“Struttura comoda ed elegante, ben collegata”

I’d rank the location first, just 100 m from metro line 4, handy for both the airport and the city center. The room’s size and placement were great, with a nice panoramic glass wall, and the staff were excellent. A couple of things could be better: on one of the three days, after we checked back in at 4 pm the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, and the complimentary slippers were in the wardrobe – we liked them, but the next day they were gone.
