The hotel is great, rooms are spacious, the bed is comfy, and overall everything is fine. The pool is excellent and the staff are friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay again. The only downside is the location is a bit far from the aquarium, though there’s an Oxxo and a tasty seafood restaurant nearby.
Facilities.
The apartment is excellent, but the door hinges and kitchen need maintenance. The staff are rude and the service is poor.
Great service

The service and attention are unbeatable. A little rough on the finishes, especially outdoors.
