“I deserve a free night for what all I went thur”
The lobby and location were fine, but my items got stuck in the safe, the hotel felt outdated and in need of a remodel, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the telephone was unplugged.
“Great location great price I would stay again”
The location is great, the room is roomy, and the price is good. Because it’s an older hotel, some things feel out of date—for instance, the lamps next to the bed lack modern charging posts, but that’s not a deal‑breaker. The shower didn’t heat properly; the hot water never got hot, yet we didn’t report it to the front desk. The hotel’s policy also forbids late check‑outs on Sundays or weekend periods, a detail I wasn’t aware of. When you walk in, the lobby smells old and is very humid, but the room itself doesn’t have that smell and the AC worked well there.
The location is great and the hotel is pet friendly. The room wasn’t cleaned properly; I could see beard hair in the bathroom sink from someone shaving, and the toilet seat had pee on it.

Rooms are large and Air conditioning is great. location is perfect for dog owners; there is a park next-door. Also Being, 3 blocks from Canal street, the hotel is quiet from the festival noise, but still close enough to walk to the main events. from the exterior, it looks not well maintained, mostly from the window sun tinting that is peeling off. from my understanding they are in the process of updating the issues
I was told I could leave my vehicle in front of the Hotel for an additional 1 1/2 hours after I checked out. When I returned within that time period, only to find a hefty parking ticket on my windshield
