Best Western Jeju Hotel

“Bathroom water pressure too weak”

The location was fine, but the bathroom facilities were poor.

“For 2 night stay it was ok, loved the connecting rooms but not a fan of the cleanliness.”

Free parking was available, the hotel was easy to find, and there was a convenience store inside the building. However, the water pressure in the shower was horrendous and I also spotted a few spots of mold in my shower.

The hotel sits right in front of bus lines that go to various places in Jeju, making it a very good location, and the surrounding commercial area is developed with many well-known restaurants very close by. There is nothing particularly disappointing, though the lobby and entrance can get crowded with many foreign tourists, which should be taken into account.

I liked the location and the room was spacious, and the technical staff helped me get the TV working. The front‑desk team was not friendly, answering my questions with a cold, impatient tone. The bathroom sink was tucked in the bedroom, and I booked three single beds but I’m not sure that was mentioned in the reservation.
