The accommodation currently offers no rooms; we stood outside the door and were sent away again. We found the situation very odd and felt somewhat helpless… The lady tried to explain it nicely, but we were obviously pushed back and had to find another place with all our luggage. The accommodation should be removed from the platform if check‑in is impossible.

I didn't find anything positive, but the people were not friendly.

The staff were friendly, privacy was respected, and I could come and go on my own terms. Everything else was fine, no complaints.

The staff were very kind, the self‑check‑in worked exactly as shown in the photos, which I liked a lot. All was good.

The staff were very attentive, the facilities were good, the cleaning was impeccable, the location central, and I felt very comfortable; I recommend it and feel grateful. I have nothing to add.
