I needed a place to stay the night before heading to Maha Shivratri at Isha Foundation the next day; our travel plans were delayed and we didn’t arrive until late at night, so it served a purpose. The staff made everything far more complicated than it needed to be, seemed intent on delaying us rather than helping with check‑in and sleep. The room was hard to reach, requiring us to pass through another room, and the facilities were dirty.

The experience was just okay. The front desk tried to contact us early for advance payments, even though that wasn't required. There were no elevators, so we had to climb all three floors on stairs. AC service was offered automatically, without us asking—professionalism needed. The location is great, close to the city center, and there are good restaurants nearby.

Nothing positive. The hotel claimed rooms were available but then said none were, even though we booked over a week ago. They forced us to move to another hotel in their chain. Never go to Fab Hotels. Their customer support is hopeless. After trying to persuade us to stay elsewhere, they offered a refund, said it would take time, and put our call on hold. They never returned after 20 minutes. Worst experience ever.
