I loved the room, and the pool and sauna were fantastic, but the breakfast area felt too small and insufficient for the number of guests; it needs improvement.

We loved everything – the service was top‑class, the food amazing, the beds super comfy, and the whole hotel exudes a calm vibe; we’ll return with our family, though this visit was just my husband and me, and everything ran flawlessly. The only downside was the restaurant prices, which felt a bit steep, but nothing major.

Overall, the rest of the experience was excellent, but management needs to remember that sales focus should not undermine child‑friendly leisure areas. We still adore the hotel and its overall fantastic facilities, yet during this stay we felt a regression in aspects we previously valued. The critical issue was the playroom’s management: it lost its purpose as a child‑friendly space to accommodate multi‑team meetings and sales pitches. The area was overcrowded with adults speaking loudly early in the morning, and the air‑conditioning was too cold for kids, making it unusable. Turning the kids’ area into a commercial support point disrespects families traveling with children. We also missed the care of the hammock area, which lacked available hammocks (and they were not installed even after we requested them from the staff).
