The spot was easy to reach and a short walk to public transport, but the room had a bad odor, the door wouldn’t shut or lock properly, stains covered the floor, and the bathroom fan was noisy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's affordability and value for money. It's conveniently located near Shinbashi, which made it an excellent choice for me. Although there were no major issues during my stay, I felt that the price was reasonable and the staff put in a genuine effort to ensure my comfort. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, where the beautiful surroundings and exceptional staff made my experience truly unforgettable. The hotel's cleanliness and well-maintained facilities were truly impressive, and the staff's kindness and helpfulness went above and beyond my expectations. However, I must admit that I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay.
