There is an elevator, so you don't have to haul your luggage up the stairs, but the rooms were dirty, unmade, and the linens were gray and unwashed.

This was our first hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and I think it is relatively clean compared to other inexpensive places; we were a bit shocked, honestly. The staff were very good and responsive, and we thank them a lot. Cleanliness, but I guess that's the norm everywhere.

The staff were brilliant, the rooms offered great value for money, and there were plenty of eating options nearby. Nothing else to add.
