“Always a pleasure”

We have stayed several times and are always impressed by the rooms, staff, service, and overall quality. They also make an effort to look after our little dog.

“Lugar con encanto”

The beds were very comfortable, the hotel had charm, and we dined in the restaurant where everything was excellent; the staff were very attentive. The place is perfect, 15 minutes from Pamplona, making it easy to move around and see the rest of Navarra. The only downside was the lack of a toothbrush. On the first night—though not the hotel’s fault—there was a dog barking loudly early in the morning. At 1 a.m. the second night, a car alarm went off and stayed on for about 10 minutes. The next morning, very early, there were children (or so I think) running around and their footsteps could be heard. Anyway, it’s not the hotel’s fault; the people can be quite noisy.

“99%perfect”

The room, service, breakfast, and evening meal were all good, but the bar staff, water, and waitress were doing everything. The bathroom needs updating.

The hotel is perfectly located, decorated with finesse and calm. A large parking lot is available for guests. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, made with fresh products, pastries, cereals… The restaurant is also recommended. The staff are pleasant, polite, and attentive, whether at the bar, the restaurant, or the reception. Thank you very much!
