The pool and view were great, and the breakfast had a view in the morning. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was nice and newly renovated.

The garden is magnificent with an unobstructed view of the lake and the Borromean islands, even from the pool. Philippo’s warm welcome and his helpful suggestions for good restaurants and sights were appreciated. The breakfast schedule, from 9:00 to 10:00, felt a little late, especially in September when the sun sets early, and the steep access is not obvious with loaded motorcycles.

I didn’t like it, I loved it; the host’s welcome and the breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore were unforgettable. The house, with its garage, is splendid, overlooking the lake, complete with a pool and local vegetation. It’s a magical and beautiful place, the room had a TV, Wi‑Fi, fridge, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast offered a quiet lake view. A dream stay in Verbano, my favorite city. I recommend this place for a peaceful wake‑up. The air‑conditioning was missing, but we had a fan.

Filippo is the best host ever 😊 His B&B is nothing but outstanding 😍 with great rooms, a beautiful garden, and a wonderful pool area that offers an amazing view!! Breakfast is delicious 😊

The pool was great, with a beautiful view. The accommodation lacks ventilation and really needs an air‑conditioner.
