I slept soundly with no noise and the beds were very comfortable, both the mattress and pillows. The common areas, especially the elevator, were a bit lacking.

Everything we needed was complete and exactly what we were looking for. Nothing else to add.

The location was great, central and close to Plaza España, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar with the pool was enjoyable. The noise level was too low; because many guests stay late, we were woken several times by the loud sound of doors and locks slamming.

Breakfast was magnificent and the city centre is very walkable. The airport bus stops very close to the hotel. The staff helped us with storing bicycles, even though a fee of €5 per night per bike was charged. The local dining options were not entirely satisfactory. What can the hotel do about that?
