The price and the parking convenience are the main strengths. The building feels rather dated, especially the services, and I'm not sure if that was just our room.

The tranquility and convenience were nice. I couldn't find where to turn on the shower, so I had to take a soaking bath instead.

The location was ideal for a transfer. Unfortunately the bathtub in the bathroom was very moldy; swapping the seal around the edge of the tub wouldn't be hard.

It was convenient to have the car parked right outside the entrance and the room rate was reasonable.
