The room was big and the location was ideal for our purposes. We were invited to a birthday and the celebration was within walking distance. The cleaning lady was very friendly, even though she had to come multiple times because something was missing (e.g., initially the key, later toilet paper). We arrived Saturday evening. The start was the key handover. The code did not match the room number. The owner was unreachable. Luckily we had booked through Booking and the service helped us immediately. In the direct entrance area there was a hole in the floor (a paving stone was missing, another had sunk). The hole was apparently used as a ashtray, because everything was there and around it was full of cigarette butts. One had to be careful not to get hurt. The entire hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though the whole house should be non‑smoking. The room furnishings looked old and unhygienic (e.g., several large straw bundles that were full of dust). It seemed we were not really expected, because the sleeping area (e.g., on the bedside lamps) was very dusty. The Wi‑Fi worked, but you could not get online. The TV had no channel, as the television constantly had interruptions and the picture and sound quality were extremely poor.

That was the worst hotel and the worst service I have experienced in years. I paid for breakfast and expected it. I woke up at 6:30 and waited until 8:00 for the staff to come to issue me the bill for my stay. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00. I went down at 8:00, but no one was there. I sat in my car until 8:30 because no one was there to receive my room key. In the end I left without breakfast and bill. Это был самый ужасный отель и самое ужасное обслуживание за много лет. Я заплатил за завтрак, в расчете на то, что он будет. Проснулся в 6.30 ,ждал 8.00, когда прибудет персонал , чтобы сделать у них фактуру за проживание и начнется завтрак в 8.00. В 8.00 спустился, никого не было , сидел в машине до 8.30, так как некому даже было оставить ключ от номера. В итоге уехал, без завтрака и фактуры. All.
