The studio was cramped, but that’s how it is—four people in one. Access issues weren’t fixed. I wasn’t sure if I had the right room code. The printer didn’t work. No one was there to try it out (the place was shut down). The staff spoke poor English and didn’t understand the problem; the line fell apart, and there was no follow‑up after calling again. Don’t go to the rooftop onsen.
