The staff was very nice, but everything else was lacking.

The photos on the website made the hotel look great, but when I arrived I had booked a smoking room and the front desk told me the room was non‑smoking, so they moved me to a smoking room that was awful. I will never stay there again; everything was messed up in room #237. The curtains were torn and exposed, the bathroom sink was clogged, the bed was on the floor, the carpet was filthy, the chairs had big holes, and I couldn't sit anywhere. The towels and rags seemed unclean, and I didn't even take pictures because I was scared to sleep there.

I liked everything, except the hair left in the tube before and the leak under the sink.
