Hôtel Océan Dinan occupies a historic stone house opposite Dinan Train Station, just a five‑minute walk from the medieval town centre and 20 km from Lancieux beaches. Guests enjoy a private‑courtyard parking area for motorcycles and bicycles, cosy rooms with flat‑screen TVs and Canal +, and a continental breakfast served each morning. The reception offers local newspaper and parking guidance.

Great spot, just a 10‑minute walk to the historic center. Free street parking is only 100 meters away from the hotel. Everything else was fine.

This property offers a great value and a comfortable stay. Just 10 minutes to the historic center of Dinan. We enjoyed having a window facing out to the front of the hotel. The room was very large and modern. The TV control did not work and we just made it in time to receive assistance as their is no front desk staff after 8:00pm. We had to request the hot water kettle for making coffee and tea in our room as they were not in our room upon arrival
