The breakfast was good, but the bed left something to be desired.

The biggest perk is the hotel’s location, plus the gym, pool and included breakfast. The buffet is especially impressive, everything is top quality! The reception staff are friendly, responsive and welcoming. This is our second year staying here. Last year we booked a double room with two beds, which was great. This year we were three and booked a suite that promised one large bed and a sofa bed, but the third sleeping spot was just a sofa that doesn’t unfold—an inconvenient place to sleep, to be honest.

The room is outdated and worn, with a stain on the ceiling and a sewage smell that’s masked by cleaning agents. The doors creak and there’s no soundproofing.

The hotel sits in a quiet, pleasant area close to the city center. Rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. Thanks for the hospitality!

“Нужно менять мебель и делать ремонт! Улучшить завтраки!”

There’s a gym and a pool, but they’re paid for, and breakfast is just okay. The furniture feels outdated and tired, there’s a smell in the room, and springs are poking out of the mattress—literally, so you could get hurt.
