The bathtub was my favorite feature, but the staff was extremely rude when I tried to check in, claiming I had no reservation even though I did, and they were vague about directions to the breakfast spot, causing me to miss it.

Everything was immaculate, yet we had to ask a stranger passing by for help because the receptionist didn’t understand us over the phone, so we ended up checking in and out at a different address and having breakfast elsewhere.

The property sits right in the heart of the city and is very comfortable, and breakfast at a nearby venue was excellent. However, the room's cleanliness left something to be desired: there was dust under the bed and a hair in the bathroom—something that hasn't happened in my other stays at this B&B.

“Great place to stay but I would avoid during the hotter season if they don’t improve the air conditioning situation.”

The location was ideal—8min walk to the train station. Pretty central. Breakfast was phenomenal! Staff was super accommodating and friendly. The air conditioning was not strong enough. We came with our 11 month old and he went to bed and woke up in sweats for the two nights we were there, crying all the time. The place was clean but floor was slightly dirty, because when he crawled in the room his knees turned black. We voiced this to them and they sent someone right away to mop the floor. After that we had zero issues with the floor. I really wanted to 100% enjoy my stay, because the place was nice and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, but this isn’t a place to stay with a young child when it’s this hot

The room and services were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the welcome was warm. Nothing else to note.
