The scenery was nice, yet staff communication was lacking and we didn’t know we were docking back at the starting point from early evening until morning. Basic food was provided, and the stay felt really overpriced compared to other boats; we were disappointed, especially after traveling from Australia for the Backwaters in Kerala, which was a highlight.

The boathouse was very good, clean and hygienic, with friendly and helpful staff and good home‑cooked food, though the variety could be improved.
