The staff were welcoming, the location was great, and everything was clean.

The staff were wonderful—so attentive! Thanks a lot for their caring attitude, especially since we checked in at night and they brought breakfast to our room. The guy at reception was fantastic and did everything he could for us (huge thanks to him!!!). BUT for the price, there was no hot water, and no one warned us about that; they didn't even offer a discount for the missing essential comfort. The blanket never arrived for 1.5 days, yet we were still charged, including for early check‑in, without deducting the lack of hot water and a blanket. Breakfast was good: vegetables, eggs, sausages. The price didn’t match the comfort.
