The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great, but the parking fees were too high and the renovation work was a bit messy.

The suite was gorgeous, right in the city centre yet surprisingly quiet.

The staff were very nice and the harbour was a short walk away, but the room was very noisy; every movement from the room above could be heard.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a grab bar in the shower which was great for us older guests; not all hotels have that. The location was excellent with easy access to the beach, harbour and pedestrian zone, and there was nothing to complain about.
