The staff were decent, but the concierge at reception kept forgetting my order for watermelon juice and mouthwash, so I had to make two phone calls. The mattress could have been plumper; even with a topper it still feels firm. The night lighting is either too bright or too dark, and I can't control the side sconce without turning on the ceiling spots. The shower works well, and the food is acceptable but not spectacular.
