“A very disappointing stay with poor cleanliness and unresponsive communication.”

The stay was almost impossible to enjoy. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and arrived in awful condition. When I asked for help, the contact person didn’t reply, adding to the frustration. Cleanliness and communication were far below expectations.

“Dangerous”

The location was convenient, but the experience was terrible. No staff were anywhere to be found, and I had to endure seven hours of drunken people blasting Hindu music outside my door before finally leaving to sleep on a park bench. The place was filthy and unsafe.

Nothing. When I arrived at the hostel after a 3.5-hour drive, the premises were inaccessible and no staff were present. I called the contact number provided, only to be informed that the room I had booked was unavailable. I was instructed to drive an additional 15 minutes to an alternative property.Upon checking into the second property, I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the room, which did not match the images displayed at the time of booking. The room was entirely unhygienic and unacceptable: the linen and pillowcases were heavily stained and covered in hair and debris, the floor was uncleaned, and the bed emitted a strong odor, indicating the sheets had not been changed since the previous guest.I immediately contacted the staff via phone to request a room change or urgent cleaning, sending photographic evidence of the conditions. The staff member refused to rectify the issue that night, stating it could only be handled the following morning. Because it was late, I was exhausted, and finding alternative accommodation at that hour was difficult, I had no choice but to stay. I managed to find one seemingly clean bedsheet in the room to sleep on for the night.I left the property the next morning. When I returned that evening for my second night, I found that the room had finally been cleaned and the duvet and pillowcases had been changed. However, ten minutes later, another guest walked into my room, claiming it had been assigned to him.When I called the staff to resolve this security breach, they claimed they assumed I had checked out because I was unhappy the previous night. More alarmingly, I realized that the non-white, patterned bedsheet I had used the night before was still on the bed, prepared for the new guest. The staff failed to provide any explanation as to why they were assigning a room with used, unwashed linen to a new customer.This establishment is operating with a severe lack of hygiene, poor security protocols, and deceptive booking practices
