Very convenient location and not too expensive, but there was definitely some wear and tear around the room and it wasn’t super comfortable, though it was decent.

The staff were very polite and gentle in arranging everything, including an early check‑in that had been previously arranged. Free bar and free dinner were available at certain times, and the Japanese breakfast (not buffet) was surprisingly good, but the room was tiny and the bathroom sink was hard to reach.
