Very pleasant location, though a bit far from the center. Quiet surroundings. Rooms are clean, well‑maintained, and often cleaned. The receptionist is very friendly. The elevator! The property suited us very well. A general kitchen annex would be useful, not just a coffee machine.

“Is it a hotel?”

It was clean and provided the basics. The two staff members I met were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Good parking, safe too. A 10‑minute walk to Padova Train Station; useful for me as I was there to travel to Venice. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was just very basic and felt more like a hospital than a hotel/guesthouse, and the price was a bit high for what was offered.

“Excellente adresse, nous reviendrons !”

The room was large, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, and the accommodation is less than 10 minutes on foot from the train station, which is very convenient for trips to Venice, for example. There is also a large parking lot and a shared terrace. The soundproofing between rooms is not very good; if neighbors are quiet it’s fine, otherwise everything is heard. Luckily we had noise‑dampening balls.
