“Not a good experience”

I fell ill after ordering a hamburger from room service, and it was a nightmare trying to get an invoice from the hotel. If you can, stay elsewhere.

The room was in bad shape, but I booked through another program and got a very good room at an excellent price.

The location is great, and the rooms are spacious, but I never stayed in a standard room. The room’s facilities were very limited; the TV was in a hidden corner and we had to move it ourselves. The worst part was that the heating didn’t work at all—when I called reception, they said the central system was still offline. We slept through the night freezing.

We had stayed at CK Farabi Hotel before and once again we saw how right our choice was during this visit. The hotel’s cleanliness, location, service quality and the friendly attention of the staff were as excellent as always. I especially want to single out Gülcan Hanım. ❤️ She truly does her job with great dedication, is extremely attentive, cheerful and sincere. Her willingness to help in every matter, her pleasant communication with guests and genuine care made us happy again. Gülcan Hanım is truly a legend! 🥰 Because we have stayed here before and every visit has offered the same warmth and quality service, CK Farabi Hotel has become one of our favourite addresses in Ankara. Thank you to Gülcan Hanım and the whole hotel team for their hard work, care and hospitality.
