I would definitely book again. The facilities are a bit old but well maintained. There was even a kettle in the room and an unexpectedly great selection of herbal teas—thanks for that! I also liked the breakfast buffet; it seemed that the hotel focuses on good food quality. The coffee machine made a wonderful latte macchiato with oat milk for me. No complaints come to mind.

The hotelier and the lady at breakfast were exceptionally friendly, making it a place you’d enjoy visiting. The roof room was well darkened and very quiet. The breakfast was just okay, though the rolls were a bit disappointing, and the coffee from the machine was terrible—though they offered an alternative from a pot.

The hotel sits on the edge of the district, yet the tram stop nearby lets you reach other areas quickly. They offered a lockable garage for my bike, and I received the key myself. The staff were very friendly, though I only encountered them during the generous breakfast. The bathroom felt small, but it had everything needed. Because the single room was under the slanted roof, I bumped my head even though I didn’t stay long; ask for a room on the ground or first floor instead.
