The hotel is a charming spot right in the heart of Andermatt, with staff who were very friendly and helpful, a cozy room, and an amazing restaurant—definitely a 10/10 experience.

“Fantastic and friendly place to find a home away from home”

A fantastic breakfast kicked off the day, and the hotel’s proximity to public transport, gondolas, and hiking trails made for perfect days. The downside was that check‑in was closed at 2 pm and didn’t open again until later, so luggage couldn’t be stored safely.

The room was beautiful and the breakfast was super good, right in the middle of the city. The only snag was the 5 Euro extra charge for a motorcycle, which wasn’t mentioned when I booked.

“Pour une nuit ça été bien”

The room, breakfast, and location were all great. However, nothing was indicated at booking that the restaurant would be closed during our stay, and the parking available was very narrow and located outside.
