The location was good, the bed comfy, and the décor modern. The staff were friendly. However, the room was noisy, the toilet door squeaked, single glazing let street noise in loud, and the room next to mine made a strange sound, maybe a radiator.

“Great location lovely view great service”

The place was great—friendly staff, excellent facilities, and a late bar. It was just perfect. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but the room stayed cool enough.

“Lovely hotel in a perfect location”

The location was great, the bed very comfortable, and the room felt luxurious. If you’re on the top floor, expect steep stairs, and it was odd to be charged extra for orange juice at breakfast.

“Lovely hotel, would def stay again. Excellent location right in the centre of Ramsgate.”

The building had a lovely character, was very clean, and the location was brilliant. Sheets were crisp, pillows and mattress comfy, and the bathroom was fabulous with a huge bath and separate shower. Tea and coffee bags were great, and the room was spacious. The only negatives were no parking, no gym, and no elevator.
