“Wszystko, było by pięknie niestety...”
The hotel itself is pretty and well‑maintained, though it’s clearly past its heyday, it still looks nice. Its location right at the beach entrance is a major plus. Unfortunately, the manager’s unprofessional attitude marred my overall positive view of the property. After checking in, I found soap and shower gel residue in the bathroom. I reported it to reception, and the manager in a navy uniform claimed it was a “concentrate” and that I should use only a fingernail’s worth of it, promising that the next day the service would replenish it—though I suspect it wouldn’t. The next day the service still didn’t refill the empty containers, so I reported it again to another receptionist. It turned out the manager could replace the container within 10 minutes without involving service. During checkout, I discovered that we weren’t the only guests treated this way. I write this with genuine sadness because the rest of the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant, but that one person, who insists on a façade of professionalism while secretly cutting corners on cleaning supplies and treating guests condescendingly, ruined it.
