The building is beautiful, with a lovely internal garden. The staff are very friendly and the location is ideal for reaching the center of Hanga Roi. The bathroom is a bit small and the property could use a bit more attention (they were just starting room repainting).

The interior spaces are pretty and natural, breakfast staff were 7 out of 7 and very friendly. Reception staff were very cold. The room had a bad odor and was dirty. I’m not sharing photos to avoid harming the establishment, but I hope they improve the mistakes. For now it feels like a money‑machine; they should be kinder, invest in comfort, and make tourists feel welcome.

The ambience is nice, the gardens are beautiful, and the stone pool is a bit small but does its job. However, there were cockroaches in the bathrooms at night.

El entorno, la piscina y el desayuno. La habitacion era pequeña para dos personas. El checking a las 10,00 es un poco temprano. Habitualmente en hoteles es a las 12,00
