The hotel is near the center of Izmir. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Nearby there’s a nice park where you can walk. The sea is not far and reachable on foot. We felt comfortable here and would love to return 😊

The bathroom would need to be renovated, especially the grout.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was also clean and well maintained, which I find important and made me feel comfortable during my stay. I had no complaints.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, but the location was a bit far from public transport, there was no air conditioning, and they didn't provide fresh water bottles.

Not recommended at all! Even though I paid online with a Turkish credit card, they asked for the same amount again on site, claiming the payment hadn’t gone through even though I had already paid. Terrible experience!
