“Una sicurezza se si viaggia a Sapa!”

It was my second trip to Sapa and I had to stay here, but only one night was available because of the holiday. The place was clean, the room roomy, and it’s a 5‑minute walk to the Sapa market. Special thanks to the owner, always helpful and friendly, with great English. The price was good. Highly recommended.

They let us in. Everything else was a problem.

I found the room spacious enough, with a small balcony, but there were some noises from ongoing construction.

One of the rooms was finished in wood, the floor wasn’t ceramic but warm, and the scent of wood was pleasant; however, nobody greeted us even though all the owners were present, the man was on the phone while the woman washed someone’s hair with no attention to us, the young man who handled guest arrivals was absent for a long time, the bed was dirty and stained with cigarette smoke, and only after much dissatisfaction did they finally swap it for us.
