I really liked the apartment’s accommodations and facilities; everything was organized and cozy. I only missed a few everyday items, like more floor mats—there was only one—and a dishcloth and a sieve. Otherwise, everything was great.

Clean pillows, sheets, and towels were plentiful, and the sofas and mattresses were comfortable; only the single box‑spring bed was a bit narrow, suitable only for a child. The kitchen appliances were new and very helpful for cooking. The dining table and the area above the fridge needed a better clean‑up, and there were cheap bottles in the sink cabinet.

The flat’s location was convenient and the Marulhos facilities were great for a family trip, but the overall cleanliness of the flat was slightly lacking.

We had a good experience with the apartment's space, which worked well for our group, and the bedding was sufficient for everyone. The location was excellent and the balcony view was stunning, plus the shower had great water pressure. However, we had some issues with the apartment 305C - there was only one outlet at the desk, which was taken up by the Wi-Fi router, and it was a 2-pin outlet, which caused problems with our 3-pin appliances.

I was really impressed with the structure, hot pools, and location of this place. However, the room cleaning could have been better and the beds were just okay.
