The hotel was clean and stylish, right in the middle of Taif, Al-Hada, and Al-Shafa, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a street‑view room, but the windows didn’t block traffic noise well, so we couldn’t sleep soundly because of the cars.
The place is really beautiful with amazing décor, and it’s very clean; I liked how they served coffee. First, the basement hall was hosting a wedding and the noise was very disturbing, so we only slept for two days. Second, breakfast was awful—very small portions, poor variety, and it was unsatisfying; they even served it in the room.

The location is good. I entered the room and found it dirty and untidy, and the window couldn’t be closed, so the car noise was very loud; my room number was 102.
The banquet hall was loud and had no soundproofing until 2 am, which made it impossible for me to sleep.

The location is fantastic, and the reception was excellent—staff member Al‑Anoud was especially courteous and professional. I’m grateful to all the hotel staff, especially the room‑cleaning manager. Their quick responses to room requests were appreciated. The only downside was the poor maintenance of the bathroom; I reported it to the front desk to ensure guest comfort.
