The place was centrally located and the staff were helpful, but the room on the 4th floor was a bit noisy because all the street sounds and maintenance work could be heard, the bathroom was too small, and the detergent bottle was empty; even after we asked, they didn’t refill it. A toothpaste stain had stuck to a bathroom tile by the sink for the whole week, and when I left it untouched to see if it would be cleaned, it wasn’t, so the daily cleaning seemed rushed. These issues lowered my rating.
