The hotel layout is good for Colombian standards and looks nice, but reaching the hotel up the steep hill without lighting is bad; bring lighting in the darkness, it’s life‑threatening.

The tranquility is great, but they still haven’t enabled the spa area.

The service, cleanliness, and tranquility are excellent, but the costs not listed on Booking appear on the bill; these should have been visible from the reservation to avoid surprises.
