The staff and booking conditions differed from a direct reservation; they told me I could arrive at the expected time, but when we got there they didn’t let us in and instead offered to keep our bags for 10€/h.

The hotel sits in a central spot with easy public transport to the city center. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is sufficient. The breakfast area could have been a bit more spacious, but that isn’t a deal‑breaker for booking here.

The facilities were very good, the room was very tidy, and the staff were also very friendly.

The room was comfortable and there was an elevator. The parking was tiny, and we struggled to find a spot for our car; it’s also pricey. Dinner food was good but a bit cheap, and the staff at the so‑called restaurant were very unfriendly and grumpy.
